Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu will be on twin sharing basis & accommodation in Tibet will be either on tent or guest house (as per the itinerary). The guest house accommodation will be dormitory accommodation and tent accommodation will be on twin sharing basis.
Once you enter Tibet, we shall take care of vegetarian meals, drinking water & accommodation.
Each pilgrim shall be individually provided with one free of cost ultra light weight portable oxygen bottle (6 oz approximate).
Separate toilets (Men and Ladies) shall be provided.
A CD, projecting a short glimpse of KAILASH AND MANSAROVAR (50 Mins.) Shall be sent to all participants free of cost for review.
Walking sticks shall be provided.
Deluxe non A/c or A/c LandCruiser as per the package costs with Comfortable seats shall be used from ZANGMU (Chinese post) to DARCHEN (Kailash base camp) & return.
Alternate routing shall be followed (ZANGMU-DARCHEN) if the main route is not negotiable due to weather, landslides or other reasons.
In case Parikrama around MT. KAILASH is not possible as per the itinerary due to adverse weather or other conditions additional one day expense will be beared by the client. Expenses of the more additional days have to bear by the clients only.
The drive from the border to Mt. Kailash usually takes 5 or 6 days under ideal conditions. Weather, landslides and mechanical problem may alter the itinerary, however alternate route are worked out to continue with the journey.
We request you to choose a leader from your group so that our official representative can take a decision consulting your leader and Chinese representatives (guide) in case of any urgent decisions required. Our official guide will discuss with Chinese guide and driver and brief you about the next day program and general welfare at the time of dinner.
Please bear in mind that the comfort en-route & destination may not match your home or a five star. It is totally different mission & it is a challenge. It is your SPIRIT & will power which will carry you through.
SP. BRIEFING by experts shall be conducted in KATHMANDU one day prior to the departure.

Nepal re entry Visa (not needed for Indians).

Any expenses of personal nature such as Travel & Medical insurances, Drinks, Laundry, Telephone / Fax, Calls, Additional Porterage or transportation.

Any additional Expenses Caused by reasons beyond our control such as Natural Calamities (Land slides, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellation, any accidents, Medical evacuations, riots, Strikes, evacuation costs etc.

Any tips to drivers, hotel staff, and any meals apart from the ones mentioned above.

Any other tax or service charge, stay charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra and need to be borne by you.

We don’t charge extra for the Parikrama. If you wish to take help of a yak, the cost will be approximate INR 2200 payable directly to the yak herder. You have to understand that the yaks are not domesticated but are meant to carry luggage. Getting thrown off the yak is an adventure for which we do not charge extra! On a further note, we also provide Gamow bags (Personal Attitude Chambers). This is a must in Higher Altitude.
