COPY FOR INFORMATION AND NECESSARY ACTION TO THE:-

1. Sr. Superintendent of Police, Leh with request that the above permit holder in the group may be allowed to visit the above noted restricted areas and no individual Foreign Tourist may be permit to enter the restricted area.

2. Sub Divisional Magistrate,Nyoma/Nubra/Khaltse for information.

3. Deputy Director Tourism, for information necessary action.

4. M/s Leh,for information,he will ensure that the above foreign tourist will remain in a group and are in possession of necessary permits issued from this office. It will also responsible of the travel agent that the group do not visit other than the places shown above and the permit holders will not stay after expiry of the valid period. In violation of the above instruction action such as black listing/Suspensing/cancelling of licences/registrations etc.shall be taken against hum under Tourism Trade act.

1. The permit holder will not visit the area other than the tour circuit once indicated in the permit.

2. The permit holders are advised to keep sufficient number of photocopies of the permit with then which may be required for depositing at each entry/exit.

3. The permit holder should not stay in the restricted/protected areas after expiry of the permit.

4. The protected area permit are issued on free of cost from this office, except Rs 10/=(Rupess Ten only) which will be charged per tourist as contribution towards Red Cross Fun against Receipt.
